This blend of lavender, chamomile, mugwort, St. John's Wort, skullcap, and passionflower will gently bring relaxation and peaceful sleep to you. 

Lavender, in aromatherapy is used to relax the mind and relieve anxiety. When consumed regularly, it is believed to help fight restlessness and insomnia when paired with herbs like skullcap and chamomile. Mugwort and Chamomile relax the body, and St John's Wort relaxes the mind.

1tsp per 8oz. steep 5-7 minutes. Enjoy before bed!
